Making a Booking and Paying for your Holiday phone 01773 852344 (0044 1773 852344 for overseas) or email wiggonlea@uwclub.net to place a provisional booking, this booking will be held for seven days.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and full payment is required six weeks before your stay is due.
Once a provisional booking has been made please send the Booking details with deposit or full balance (if booking is less than 6 weeks away) to:

Direct Transfer or Bank Wire For foreign transfers (please note any extra charges made by my Bank will be passed on to the person making the booking)
Deposits are non refundable.
Final payments are non refundable if you cancel your holiday booking less than six weeks before your stay. However if the property in question is re-let your payment less the deposit will be refunded.
If the property in question becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel and a full refund will be given.
Restrictions Persons sleeping cannot exceed the number stated on the cottage details. (except for children under 2 years sleeping in cot) No Smoking. No Pets.
Your Responsibility The contract is only formed when we receive the booking confirmation details and deposit from you. You are responsible for normal everyday cleaning and keeping the property in an orderly fashion. You will be liable for any damages, breakages, losses and any extra cleaning or repairs which are incurred due to your non-compliance with this condition. We reserve the right to enter the cottage at any reasonable time to inspect the cottage and/or carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.
The contract between you and us is subject to English Law. We aim to ensure that the information on the web site is accurate, however, there may be small differences to the actual properties and there description.
